I dunno, but in the US we had to sign a long and relatively onerous waiver which puts a lot more liability in your hands than Porsche or Skip Barber from what I read on a few other threads. Maybe they are more reasonable in Germany

I was pretty comfortable without a helmet in Spartanburg anyway. There really is not much to hit there.
