That has not been my experience. I have track pads I use for the track, and Castrol SRF fluid. Stock calipers. New Stoptech Aerohat rotors up front (same size as stock, replaced due to damaging the rotors by running pads completely out, totally my fault).
No fade at the track, and this includes tracks with long front straights (Miller in Utah, Pueblo Motorsports park) as well as shorter, tighter courses (La Junta, PPIR). The long courses included full on braking from ~160 mph down to about 60 mph going into turn 1.
