This issue were the filters. Eventuri quietly revised them not that long ago. IND shipped out replacements to original owners purchased through them. Others obviously did not. Of course that did nothing for the turbo damage that happened in previous years to the revision.

Just did some research and read up on this. Tbh, I couldn't find any other reports of turbo damage other than your post above. That's said... So if you're saying filter is the issue for turbo damage.... and New redesigned Eventuri cones should fix problem. I guess I will get the updated cones just to play it safe. Also, looks like New cones come with newer set ups.
