Think about what dealer is near you too. Not a lot of fun to take Corvette to Chevy dealer that does not see a lot of them. But if you live next to a volume Corvette dealer the service experience is great.
I learned this quickly when I moved away from being next to volume dealer. My ownership experience soured quickly.
Not sure where the comments on performance on the limit or vagueness come from. If you take it to the track the Corvette is a far more performant machine.
