isn't it better to start with 3rd gear to have just one gear change up to 4th?
I did some testing yesterday and I will have mine times stock vs bm3 stage 1 once I get dragy.
btw on 2nd gear its hard to get traction :/ and you need to make a gear change just after 100kmh.
