Supercharged cars don't have the blower in the way of the exhaust path. You won't have the intake roar but you do get the full exhaust pulses. With the Turbo cars the impeller is in the exhaust path impeding the sound of the engine.
I'm loving the new M4, just don't know if I can get past the sound of this thing...love my E92 the way it sounds.
