Michelin has a contract with BMW that they will supply the tires for first year M cars. I got this directly from a Michelin employee that I know in Greer, SC. (He's the guy that set up the PS4S comparison tests for the media at Thermal earlier this year or last year.) For the F8x M3/M4 and the F87 M2, this was Michelin Pilot Super Sports. After that, they were split between Michelin and Continental (although I'm not sure about the 2017 M2.) There were a lot of posts about this in late 2015 and early 2016, to the point that in attempt to compile some accurate data, I posted a poll here that asked people whether they got an M3 or an M4 (different factories) and whether they got Michelin or Continental. Before taking Euro Delivery of my car in May 2016, the poll was running about 50/50 for both models.
When I did Euro Delivery, the group consisted of 10 M2s all of which had Michelin PSS (first year), two M3s, one of which got Michelin and one got Continental, and two M4s, one of which was a CP (first year) with Michelins, and mine, which came with Continentals.
Long story short, your chances are probably about 50/50.
