Same Launcher version, looking at CAFD_00000223.caf_013_010_003, which is the version for my F80, prod date 7/2017. I also ran an NCD_Trace to compare US and ECE settings in NCD/CAFD Tool, and it is showing no differences between the two for any of the TRSVC settings.
