I think the seat color options are the same between the S5 and RS5 (although you can get the warm weather package in the S5).
Regarding other's comments re: Ride/Steering - you simply must put the car in dynamic mode. I thought the ride was similar to my M3 (maybe a touch softer? I have the 19s) and the steering a touch better.
