Also on the customer service side... Alex is fantastic! From pre-purchase, all the way to remoting into my laptop to make sure the installation is done perfectly. Having personally dealt with many tuners and performance shops across the country, Alex stands in good company with them :-)
Also for what it's worth... I bought the tune as a retail customer... no special favors or pricing or anything.

Yes, not only does it feel quicker, but it's much smoother delivery... a week in and about 400 miles on snow tires... but am super satisfied :-)
