Not everything...And keep in mind, any problems that need addressing at VDC take forever, so that much longer for redelivery:
Conditions Report - A representative at the drop off location will inspect your vehicle and complete a condition report.
• The report will specify any damages that occurred to the vehicle while you were on your trip.
• Exterior damage that is noted on the inspection report and requires repair will be covered under insurance.
• Please note that wear and tear items, such as surface scratches, scratches to wheels, and paint chips will not be repaired under insurance.
• Please note that interior damage is not covered under insurance unless the damage is a result of vandalism.
