I don't care about the dealership experience much either but what that guy had to go through with GM and the dealership on his Vette was unacceptable.

Wow. I didn't realize it could be that bad. Horrendous. I guess I've been spoiled all these years with BMW. At least they have good service going for them. They need it because their current lineup of cars is mostly shit.
