I tried to log in again at lunch and was able to get in...

However, information is stale. It still says “At the port / Bon voyage” as if it were still in Germany. But even assuming it backs up and uses the same indication when it reaches the U.S. Port... I know through BMW Genius line and the dealer that it already made it to the SC VPC and is scheduled to leave the VPC today on a truck to the Performance Center. So I’m optimistic I’ll still be able to pick it up in a week and a half. So don’t get discouraged if your car seems stuck somewhere when you use this site. It is a nice tool / good idea but dealer will have more current information.
