Well, what I can contribute is that I'm on 10.5 +30 rear, and have a 285 Continental ECS, lowered on MS springs which is about -17mm from stock, and I have 1 finger gap between tire sidewall and inside of fender.

+32 is 2 more mm inward, but it is only 2mm, not sure how that translates to tire fitment for a 295, but as long as you can raise the rear to be higher than -17mm vs stock, I'd say that would work.
