I should have stated that I meant an averaged optioned car. My 2011 E90 had a $73k sticker and didn't have all options. The F80 will likely have a lot more on the option list as HUD, CF roof, Ceramic brakes, LED headlights and more.

And to be honest, there isn't really anything south of the 911 that can compete with these cars so I would not consider it overpriced even if it wouldn't be the bargain it really is today. There is IMO room to move these cars up the price scale. Not what we hope for but IMO the truth.

I fully expect my F80 to carry a close to $80k sticker.

Maybe I'm just colored by having recently purchased a Porsche. It puts things in a perspective.
