I think those that are down on the official hp numbers are missing the point. This car is about the sum of the parts. We all know that the underrate their engines anyway, The fact is this car has better fuel economy, more torque, lighter weight, optimized body/weight distribution thanks to better materials and finally, much better multi-piston brakes.

With that said, gone are the naturally aspirated engines, as well as hydraulic assisted steering. We will just have to wait until the in person drive reviews come in to see if the new car is equal to or better than the previous generation.
