According to the
latest Roundel article to get to this figure will require 6MT (M-DCT is heavier) AND will require CSiC brakes as well. Hate to say I told you so... I'm also still betting that it does not include driver. Hopefully the "80 kg ligher" comments (compared to E92 M3) is truly what BMW have said - for a similarly equipped car - meaning the M4 in that comparison would not have the CSiC brakes.
So, with a driver, without CSiC brakes and with DCT that should put the car right at about 3600 lb (1500 + 75 (driver and cargo) + 20 (DCT) + 40 (brakes)).
