Ordered the M Perf kit late Friday, almost close of business. Jason got the billing verified and had the kit shipped out immediately even though it was late in the day. Kit arrived the next day, which was a Saturday (impressive!). Had a minor problem with a part received, but they overnighted a replacement immediately, without any headaches or drawn out RMA procedures.
