The next best thing is the BMW CCA rebate program. If you're a member of BMW CCA you get $500 back after you purchase your M4. Normally, you have to be a member for 1 full year before your purchase to qualify for the rebate, but if you join for for 3 years for $148 (annual price is $48) you qualify for the rebate immediately.
