You mean... like the guys that bought a 1995 M3 that had a 3.0L, and then in 1996, they changed it to a 3.2L?
End of production for the F80 is Fall 2018. By the time this is available in March, that will not be THAT far away from the halfway point.
If you wanted ZCP that bad, you should have waited as this was well known it was coming. If you don't care about it (like a ton of current M3/4 owners), then just enjoy your car. Saying your car is all of a sudden obsolete is pretty absurd.
Pretty simple if you ask me.
