Update: well that was a fail.. it did nothing. Did 3200rpm in 3rd gear, held the cruise control switch in the first up position for a few seconds and pressed the pedal down all the way. Nothing. Rpm just went up like normal. Am i doing something wrong?

It does nothing, like actually nothing changes. Like it's not even a feature.
