I've driven an M240 and M3 ZCP back to back on a very short road course at a BMW driving school. They aren't even close IMHO. Plus, the throttle response on the 240 is somewhat spongy and delayed, which makes throttle control challenging, where the S55 is very linear. The M240 is a very nice car, but the ZCP M3/4s are pretty great and operating on a different level, as intended.
