The Michelin catalogue specifies various ranges for combinations of camber, minimum hot pressures and number of stints (races). It doesn't differentiate between front and rear.
Broadly speaking, camber -2° to -4° and min hot 29-33psi.
See page 52 for details to determine the minimum hot pressure for your target camber. Most likely the second table - the first table is specifically for TCR.
