There are several ways to avoid air bubbles on the surface.
Before applying epoxy resin, I remove the air bubble by dipping the mixing cup in hot water when mixing epoxy resin and hardener.
When applying epoxy resin, apply it as thinly as possible.
This process minimizes air bubbles
If you want a high quality surface, apply epoxy resin 2-3 times, and after curing, leveling the surface with sandpaper.
And after polishing with compound.
Polishing after, the surface will be perfect.
If you don't want to use epoxy resin.
You can use clear spray on top coat. It is very simple way.
I hope you helpful.
Thank you for the information.
Warming up the container sounds interesting! I’ll give it a try.

Stay safe, my friend.
