I think it's funny that you refer to the people who flash you as morons and you say that this annoys you.
These people are flashing you because your headlights aren't leveled and they're annoyed that they're being temporarily blinded. They aren't the morons here. If anything, the person(s) who messed up your install is a moron. But even that's a bit harsh.
