All of that looks pretty mild.

First wipe everything down with 90% rubbing alcohol. That will remove alot of the black marks.

Then some polishing compound and rubbing compound. (Use polishing compound first since its milder, see how well it does). For any stubborn marks, try alittle rubbing compound but be careful with the rubbing compound)
