Yeah looking at them really closely it shows a bunch of interesting stuff. The JB4 holds torque more down low to 5krpm but the ESS holds HP more to redline. Not sure which is better for speed.

If your torque is lower and power higher at the same rpm than that is strange if not possible since hp is a calculation of torque snd rpm.
