Car is now fully stock with 19" wheels.

Located in the San Fernando Valley.

Options:
 • DCT
 • Cloth Interior
 • Executive Package
 • Full BMW Maintenance Package

Reason for Selling:

I had an E92 M3 previously and honestly miss the raw V8. Currently in the market for a 2011+ E9X.

Car will come with the following unless you want it removed:
 • 5% Ceramic Tint
 • 50% Ceramic Windshield Tint
 • Car has been fully ceramic coated with Feynlab Self Lyte Heal
 • All gloss black emblems (rear badge, side grills and front grills included)

Current Mods (parts are now off of the car and in multiple FS threads):
 • KW HAS Kit
 • Lightweight Front Lip (Poly)

Lease Transfer Info is as follows:

I am now offering an incentive of $1,000 plus the $500 lease transfer fee. No money out of pocket needed
 • 10k miles/year (with current low mileage this is about 10,596/year)
 • Lease started 05/2018
 • Lease ends 05/31/2021
 • No money down required
 • Current payment is $821.30 + tax. (899.32 including 9.5% LA county tax)
 • Current Payoff: $63,683.10 good through October 9, 2018
 • Residual Value: $43,744.65
 • Current mileage as of 09/28/2018: 2,617 miles (drove the car as a daily to get through the break in period as quickly as I can. Currently do not drive this as a daily. Mileage will only slightly increase)
BMW Maintenance is *NOT* transferable to next owner for all 2017 MY forward.

Next owner would have to pay "refresh" fee for maintenance coverage.
Consumer refresh fee is $700 I believe. That can be covered for the next lease owner. No issue.
