Anyone else receive JD Power survey information in the mail recently? Yesterday I received a letter with information to go online and complete a survey for my M3. The letter indicates JD Power is working with BMW to gather opinions from new vehicles owners about the quality and performance of my vehicle. I plan on taking the survey this afternoon. The best part is a $1 bill was enclosed to show their gratitude

Anyone taken one of these? I like to think that BMW will do something to improve their products based on honest feedback.
