It sure looks like it got the visual parts of a competition package - or at least most of the visible accoutrements such as the 666M wheels, the shadowline model designations, etc. I also believe (although I am not certain) that the vehicle has Comp seats and the CF dash pieces that my comp pack has.

Then again, it doesn't appear to have the M seat belt stitching - so perhaps someone spent the money to make it look like a Comp Pkg M3 . . .

In short, in general, the Comp Pkg is worth the extra cash - at least in my mind. Opinions can vary, however.

Edit to add: Just saw the lack of adaptive suspension. Seems like a bunch of cash was poured into this for visible, popular changes, but they ignored the heart of the matter. I'd pass unless you would forgo the Com Pkg anyway based on your own wishes.
