No adaptive suspension is fine, but you'll want to get a nice set of coilovers. I'd look closely at the suspension, see if it has aftermarket coil overs?
Nevertheless, if you like the car and can get it for a good price, go for it. Wholesale value is probably about $36-$38K on that car, so if they'd accept $40-42K form you that might be OK if you really like the car.
Be advised it will be out of factory warranty soon. Use that as leverage. Say "I'm worried about owning a high performance car with no warranty".
