Off the top of my head it has
1) mperformance power kit which is like a $2500 port installed option consisting of engine tune, intake and exhaust. This is all factory stuff which adds 35hp.
2) M adaptive - this is rare and expensive for a regular 4 series.
3) dynamic handling
4) msport aero which is literally the M aero package minus the wide body. So same front and rear bumpers as this car.
5) cold weather package.
6)upgraded 19inch rims

Its msrp was in the 60-70k range itself.

I was honestly thinking my car plus 15k. My car has 47k miles. needs tires.
It's a bit tricky when trading "regular" bmw for an M, your 435 has big items but 435 itself isn't one which brings the value way bellow it should be. It happened to me as well, trading 335is, always thought it was special car and it turned out to be just a decent E92 which was disappointing in the end.

If you like having as many options as possible it might be better to find different M3. This one is bare minimum with led headlights, sunshade and 20'' rims. It does have few more standard options over the regular 3 series but still, there's few more perks available.
