The BMW Genius line told me Saturday that the car arrived at the port on Friday and was due to arrive at the SC VPC Saturday (which seemed awfully fast). I called again today to confirm it arrived at the SC VPC and they now say it is in transit to arrive there tomorrow. Their information is only as good as what is on their screen. Tracking site still shows “Bon voyage!” As much as everyone wants to track status I don’t think available information is all that current / good regardless of source. As long as I can pick it up on time that’s fine.
