I used to always go through Dubai on my trips to Europe from Australia.
But recently I went through Doha and I must say the amount of luxury SUVs on the road in Doha (LX570, Infiniti, GLS63) is literally triple of that in Dubai!
In Dubai, its literally all Ferrari's, Lambos, Bugatti, McLaren, Aston Martin, Maserati etc etc. I hired a McLaren 720 whilst I was there and did a few drift sessions in the desert roads which was one of the best experiences of my life.
Sadly I have not seen a M3/M4 in Doha yet. Did see a few in Dubai though.
