Technic fit the CCB calipers with bmw iron rotors to his f80/f82 back in 2015. Some custom work was needed but this idea has already been converted.

Side story but I'm currently converting my e92 m3 to full ceramic calipers on iron rotors. I have a front kit from a 3rd party company but i wanted to finish the kit and do the rear. I made everything to convert it and test fit it all but there are *ZERO* passenger rear calipers in the world to be purchased from bmw at the moment. I have been waiting 2 months and they haven't got any to sell. They estimate by end of september they might have some available.
