Bummer - coolant in my oil!

Today I recieved my Blackstone oil report and apparently the Sodium and Potassium levels are elevated? I bought the car CPO at a BMW dealer in February and just prior to the 5000 mile mark I decided to change the oil and get an analysis to see where this engine was at?

Im researching any and all maintenance records that BMW can give me (I'm the second owner) and then going from there.

Anyone have a similar situtation?
Any ideas on what to do?

Bummed out for sure as The M3 is a replacement for my beloved 330ci which used to give me absolutely perfect reports!

Sodium is showing 117 out of a universal average of 6

Potassium is showing 27 out of a universal average of 3

Antifreeze % shows "Positive"
