and thats when the 991 gt3 was announced not to come in stick. That doesn't mean its going to appreciate another 80k. Even at exotic level thats a lot. It took the Ford GT years to do that. Face it, prices have stabilized.
god forbid Porsche after a year or two announces a gt3 "special edition" in stick that they charge $30k more for, the 997 gt3 prices will plummet.
Regardless, buy the car you want to drive. Not the car you want to sit and watch appreciate. I doubt anyone on this board is rich enough to worry about collecting cars and having them appreciate.
