Had a bunch of questions about brands and parts with the new F80. Alex was not only fast to communicate but went the extra mile to discuss pros and cons for everything. He never tried to over sale anything and even went out of his way to research my many questions.
I was able to make a large purchase and 1 of the items had an issue. 1 text and within mins he said not to worry and he will take good care of it. Did as he said and made everything right. Can't wait to receive the rest of the package. Thanks again Alex.
