Is your phone and blackvue dashcam updated to the latest OS? IOS 15.01 just came out.

However I think your issue is your phone constantly jumping back to Carplay. Go into iDrive and go to manage mobile devices and disconnect your phone. Your phone shouldn't be jumping off the blackvue PAN anymore and back to carplay.

If you get the prompt that there is no internet access, you need to hit continue using as you won't have Internet access with that PAN.
