I would remove the wheels, run a wire brush against the hub then re-mount all 4 wheels: using star pattern and torque to factory spec of 103 lb/ft. If vibration continues then your front wheels are either out of balance or bent. If the vibration is substantial then it's not a balance issue, wheels are bent.
Since you didn't replace the rear tires, your shop had no reasons to check the front balance.
