I paid $2600 for 72 months or 100k miles, whatever comes first and I get to choose my shop but they have the right to send an adjuster to approve if they want.
On my E60 M5 they covered every claim and were extremely easy to work with and some of those claims ($16,500 for the tranny) were expensive.
