Checked my email and indeed, i found the survey. Will hold off until i get some more news
Hold off on the survey completion until your issue has been resolved. Keep in mind that you may need the dealership for future service, and I would hate for you to have an act of retribution laid at your feet.

Take a deep breath...relax...it will get resolved. Seems like the folks at Steve Thomas BMW are trying to rectify the situation.
