Choice #1: Sakir Orange, Black cloth interior, Black wheel M3
Choice #2: Mineral Gray, Black cloth interior, Black wheel M3
Choice #3: Alpine white, Sakir orange interior, standard wheel M3
As a current silverstone interior owner, I would NOT do it again unless BMW made some improvements (aniline or at least semi-aniline dye), it doesn't wear over the years very well.
