Since we're on the theme of 3R's one of the local drivers in TX also wrote up this article for grassroots motorsports that keeps the comparisons going.

I've been told that the 3R's are as fast as R7 Hoosiers. I'm still early in my personal testing but they are damn quick in my e46 m3 and I'm planning on using them as a means to get more power and run a wider tire for TT4 class in NASA.

Do I expect NT01 levels of durability? No, but everything's a compromise.
