I agree with you but this is a poor solution. No one is going to drive with DSC/DTC disabled in wet weather/snow (unless you like to live dangerously), so that would mean no heel/toe shifting which ultimately means we can only heel/toe when the weather is nice? That's going to rub people the wrong way unless you could configure the settings which I doubt.
