I ended going to my friends house he has bimmerlink and cleared all the codes for me and the problem was solved . JB4 APP working fine car is running good and no codes have popped up.
Steve over at BMS told me he had an issue with his M2 (although a 2020) deleting codes but the latest firmware resolved that. He told me to try the alpha version (V20) and see if that helps If the codes come back I will try that.
I think the problem of those codes popping up was during the firmware update when i got the JB4 installed for the first time and I timeout during the update
