It's a 2" front and 2.5" rear by the looks of it.
OP are you sure about the specs? That rear spec would be tough to fit a 295
Front makes sense - 9.5 et19 - 2" lip
Rear is one of these:
10.5 et32 (2" lip) - last 3 digits 327
10.5 et30 (2.5" lip) - last 3 digits of face part number 379
11 et36 (2.5" lip) - 379 face
11.5 et43 (2.5" lip) - 379 face
