M4 Comp in 2019 (and throughout all the years) had different hardware for dampers/spring/sway-bars and exhaust, and engine/steering/diff all had different tuning.
M4 Comp has the exact same suspension (minus the front sway bar and tuning) as a M4 CS and most will attest it's the better setup then an M4 non-comp. You can code in M4 CS suspension/diff/steering/TC tuning to an M4 comp.
Get an M4 comp! It's kind of amazing that the price difference is not that much at this point in time between a base and a competition.
