You're correct, you can select any barrel and face color combo listed on our site. As for hardware, they're available in Black, Aluminum, Gold, and Blue Titanium finishes. Hardware can be exposed or hidden.
Wheels are always powder coated.
This may sound crazy, but we don't charge extra for colors or shipping anywhere worldwide.
