F82 cluster doesn't show gears
My friend just bought a M4 and brought it over to get some mirrors coding done.
The car shows the loopy Zinoro logo instead of "M4" in the cluster. I didn't have a clue what that logo was and took some time on google to actually find it. On bimmercode, the logo is set to "M4" but the Zinoro logo appears instead. I tried changing it to "GTS" but that changes it from the Zinoro logo to "BMW" instead.
We looked around and seems many people with F30 that try to code the M3/M4 logo will end up with the Zinoro logo instead.. but not sure why this F82 is showing the Zinoro logo when it's set to "M4".
The right side only shows efficient mode, and doesn't show any of the gears nor PRND. His service reminder is a picture of a Zinoro ( chinese x1 thing) with remaining kms.
Does anybody have a clue what's going on with his M4? can it be fixed?
